Following our continuous research and development supported by our USA R&D liaison office and in collaboration with our Middle East Head Office, Unimar has invested in an in-house technology software and IT department to bring our esteemed clients with U-ONLINE service, aiming to elevate the standards of business automation and environmental aspect in our industry to a level where our clients can benefit from the instant access to their pest control activities.
U-ONLINE is an electronic reporting system for the management of pest control activities. U-ONLINE enables you to retrieve your service reports, schedules, legal documents, certificates, MSDS, TDS, detailed material consumption reports and other operational documents related to your service contract.

How does it work?
During each service visit, details of pest control and pest prevention recommendations are entered into a handheld computer by our service technicians. When this is completed, all data is sent from the handheld computer to a secure server at Unimar’s headquarters. The data is then available to view on U-ONLINE. Customers will be assigned a dedicated username and password in order to gain access to U-ONLINE and view your pest control records.
